Before you come

If you have any Covid-19 symptoms (high temperature, new persistent cough, loss of taste or smell) or have been advised to isolate, then please don't attend the performance.

Tickets

We are now only offering e-tickets, which you can either print out or show on a mobile device. Please have these ready on arrival to show our Front of House representative.

Social Distancing

To ease social distancing, we have decided NOT to run at full capacity seating for all performances at present. We ask you to maintain a safe social distance where possible when queuing to take your seats and when moving around the hall.

Face Coverings

Whilst it is no longer mandatory, we strongly encourage all audience members and Front of house staff to wear a face covering whilst moving around the hall unless exempt.

Hand Sanitising

There will be hand sanitiser stations in prominent, convenient positions throughout the building for your use.

Enhanced Cleaning

Common contact surfaces will be cleaned before and after performances.

Bar

We will be only accepting contactless payment. We ask for drinks to be consumed in your chosen seats and for one person per party to go to the bar. Our bar will be open for 30 minutes before the performance and during the interval.

Cancellation & Refunds

If Quaintwood Players have to cancel any performance due to Covid, we will offer you an exchange for an alternative performance date. If that is not acceptable, we will refund the cost of the tickets.

If you cannot attend the show due to Covid, we will refund the cost of the ticket up to 24 hours before your booked performance.
